Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

LBA replaced the HVAC and water heater in my small ranch in 2015. The mechanical equipment is situated in a small closet in the garage. It's a really tight space, and I knew going into this project whoever did the work would have to be really top notch installers. I obtained 6 bids, & did a lot of research. I chose LBA based on price, customer ratings, and company reputation. LBA's crew did a phenomenal job-- Bill (the system designer), and Jim, Jeremy, and Greg (the installers). They really had a lot to deal with and came up with solutions on the spot. They patiently answered all my questions during the process. The final result is a system expertly installed. The space was so clean that when they left you couldn't tell they were even here. I had no prior experience with LBA, and hoped I'd made the right choice. I certainly did. It says a lot when the company owner (J. D.) performs the final inspection. Thanks, LBA!

The office was so helpful answering questions and the guys were professional and got the work done quickly.

Taylor and Chad were fantastic fixing a sump pump drainage issue. On time, professional, and very obviously knowledgeable of everything they were doing. Hopefully I don't need any plumbing help for a while, but I will 100% be calling them if I ever have any more issues.

Nick was amazing and did a quality job for us! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did all he could to get the job completed in a timely manner and tell us everything we needed to know. I had to schedule a week out to get help from Rainbow plumbing (coming recommended to me from a neighbor) for my kitchen sink. I told Debbie I would be driving home 5 hours from out of town that day but would have someone home if I couldn't be here. I rushed home and got here before my appointment was scheduled. I missed a phone call from Debbie asking if she could send the plumber out and when I called back not 2 minutes later she said they could not come out today that they had given my spot to someone else. Since I worked the rest of the week, she said she would make a special case and have someone come out on Saturday. Between then, I found my brother-in-law was able to fix the issue. I attempted to call an hour prior to our Saturday appointment to notify them. David called me back saying he was about to head over to which I explained I no longer needed their services. I could tell david was irritated with me, however, they were the ones that cancelled and rescheduled with me in the first place and I did give them more notice than they gave me...
