Technician Chris Moore is awesome! Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable, superb customer service and technician skills! He will be one of the reasons I keep coming back to Climate Control again and again. Not only that - I have an old Rickenbacker guitar, the body was in really rough condition. Chris saw it and offered to refinish it for me ( I couldn't find anyone local to even touch it).Chris Moore did it - and looks amazing! The Beatles and CCR would be proud!

I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. Bristol Plumbing came out this morning to repair frozen water pipes leading to the kitchen sink. I called on Sunday & they came out first thing this morning. They were meticulous in assessing the problem & determining the location of the frozen pipe in the finished basement ceiling. They were careful only to remove the necessary drywall to locate the correct water pipes. Our kitchen faucet is now working & we have a plan to correct the problem for the long term. Their pricing was very fair for the work they did, especially on a sub-freezing day. I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing!

As far as service, the young man who came out to do the preventative maintenance was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He offered other beneficial and helpful ideas or services for my home. He took time to answer all of my questions and was very personable.Although my service was covered under my monthly home warranty agreement, AB May is pricing theirselves out of customers and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this sentiment.

Came over with basically no notice to check my spouse's DIY attempt at installing a new water heater. It turned into a several hours job of basically redoing the entire thing. They stayed well after their normal hours, were exceedingly kind, and still cost about half what Roto Rooter had quoted just for installation labor a week before. I picked them based on their reviews and they did not disappoint.
