I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. Ive used this company on many occations for various things. they are always on time to appointments. They are very kind and professional. each employee ive worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have even walked me through smaller tasks over the phone. They have always been willing to work with me and get out to emergencies in a very timely manner. the prices have always been fair for the work performed and they have never pushed me to do work that was not needed. i work for a water restoration company so I am constantly needing a plumber on stand by and bill fry and his crew have always been available for me.

I contacted Keith through Home Advisor and he was one of the few to respond. He came out when he said he would and replaced our kitchen faucet quickly and at a reasonable price. He also removed all of the trash and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use again!
