Jeremy Cole did a great Job in checking the problem of water leakage from th bottom of the water heater. His investigation was very accurate , resulting in the decision of replacing the water heater. Upon agreement , he did the job quickly and accurately and helped me to finalize the financial agreement with the heater supplier in a quick and smooth way.The process of dismantling the old heater,.and then the replacement of the new one with all requirements including adding pressure regulating valve, ball valve and heat expansion tank and final checking and test running have been done professionally in about 3 hours.Special thanks to Jermey and for his excellent and accurate job.

They have new owners, who do not understand relationship development with their prime customers. We have purchased our ACH systems and water heater from them over the past years and have their yearly service plan for the past 7 years. I would consider myself a prime customer in any other business. But, I have noticed that under new owners , that our relationship is thrown out the window;;when I needed to schedule an emergency repair or schedule my bi-yearly maintenance. I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
