Had a new AC and furnace put in. They was on time, stayed late to get it done. Checked and double checked to make sure system worked right before they left. We woke up to find our air conditioning wasn't kicking on, so I called Climate Control. Our realtor Kristi Soligo has recommended them in the past. They told me they would try to get out today, but it might be tomorrow. Fortunately, late in the day, I received a call from Justin at CC saying he was 8 minutes away and asked if it was still a good time. I was delighted! He asked where to park when he arrived and was very nice and helpful. He not only fixed the problem but also made us aware of the conditions of other parts of the HVAC system. We didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on things we didn't need, and he left us ready to go back to them for future HVAC needs. Big recommend.

I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

AC was acting up. AB May came out on Sunday within 90 minutes of our call. They found a capacitor went out, plus the coils were packed with dirt and debris. Replaced the part and hosed down the whole unit. Looks and runs like new instead of a 9 year old one.
