We have never been ones to welcome repairmen into our residence, but Andre changed that. We had a plumbing issue with some floor drains in our basement and needed them fixed before we left for vacation. Not only was Anthony Plumbing able to unclog them, but our serviceman was also not going to leave until he made sure they were ready to go. The serviceman's name was Andre, and he was a true pleasure to work with. He was courteous and professional throughout. We will continue to utilize Anthony Plumbing for the simple fact that their serviceman proved there are still great people in this world that can be trusted welcoming them into your home. Jevon installed a smart switch for me. It took some troubleshooting since there was another switch in the garage. He did good work and was fast.

We needed a plumber to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. We had already had another plumbing company out to see us TWICE and they could not find the problem. We called Bristol and they were very accomodating. Mike was on time and very professional. In a very short time, he and his coworker fixed the drain, cleaned up and I felt like they were very reasonable with their fee. I will definitely call them next time we have any plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.

They came out for diagnostic services on my refrigerator and provided a true and honest assessment of what needed to be done.

They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
