My experience today was simply easy. The technician arrived on time. He was polite and informative all the way through the inspection. He gave me feedback as he moved from unit to unit. He provided me with options to keep my units running efficiently. But gave the information to inform me only. I would highly recommend Anthony Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!

They visit twice per year to maintain our HVAC and are great about highlighting and fixing issues at the right price and with minimal disruption. KB Complete has been taking care of my furnace and AC since 2013, when they installed my new system. They always do a thorough job, tell me what's going on, and charge a fair price for their excellent work. Their technicians are always top-notch.

John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

I had an issue with a leaky toilet in my upstairs bathroom today. I spoke with Steve about it, and he walked me through an easy fix that saved me money on a service call. He was quick to answer, polite, and patient with me. It’s hard to find this kind of quality service these days.

Kevin has replaced parts in our water filtration systems, and answered a lot of questions we have about plumbing in our home. He's timely, professional, courteous and knows what he's doing. He doesn't do what's easy, but does the right thing. He is also one of few plumbers I know who understand water filtration and doesn't look at me like I'm crazy for wanting cleaner water. He gets a 5 star recommendation!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
