Casey Piper & Cameron replaced my house to street sewer line today. They were on time, answered all of my questions, were friendly & courteous and worked diligently ALL day long. They encountered some difficulties but found solutions. They cleaned up the the yard from damage their equipment and the digging caused and reseeded the grass. No one likes to be faced with a job like this but they made it as painless as possible.

Climate Control has amazing customer service and communication skills.Nate called ahead to let me know his eta this morning. I really appreciate this added effort so that i know when to expect them and who will be showing up.Nate was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He went over what he was going to be looking for and told me how much time it could possibly take. Nate, also made sure to answer all of my questions and even got up in my attic to check the quality of my insulation. The client care/satisfaction, added effort and continued communication were 10/10. Nate was wonderful and even helped get me on the schedule for insulation install this week.The company is now incorporating a Stop light check list at the end of the service call. I LOVE THIS because I'm a visual learner and It was so easy to follow. I was able to see the entire breakdown and how my system is functioning. The rating system has designated green, light green, yellow and red boxes. This was so helpful to actually see what was working well and what needed to be discussed as a concern.I've been with Climate Control for two years and I've never had a bad service call.Nate was so polite and helpful. I truly appreciated and enjoyed the extra time he put in, in getting questions answered, communicating the HVAC maintenance check list and finding quotes for attic insulation install.

I have used KB Complete for years and have been happy with the service. Very unhappy today, though. I have had my semi-annual tune-up scheduled for months. My appointment was for between 8 and noon today and they called me at 9:42 to reschedule due to too many people needing service. That wouldn't have been a problem except that they are rescheduling me for 2 MONTHS out. That is not acceptable. Next week, sure. Two MONTH from now, not a good business practice.

We had pipes burst in 3 different places. Connelly came out the same day and fixed the problem within 3 hours.

Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

Rarely do I leave a review, even when I am happy with the service of a company. But, in this case, it's worth my time to highly recommend Plumbed 2 Perfection for any plumbing job, large or small. Both Kevin and Ryan are kind and caring guys who do the job right! And the best part is that you are getting charged a price that is significantly less than the big plumbing companies that overcharge routinely, and the quality of the work these guys do is equal to if not better than any work you will get at a premium. I will call Plumbed 2 Perfection for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

Very highly recommended. Can't say enough good things about Mike and Bristol.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
