We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. If you need plumbing help - Give Bill Fry, the Plumbing Guy, A Try! 😄. I believe you will be glad you did.

Zach came out and unclogged my toilet for me. Once we seen that it was a doorknob in it. I gave up and renounced ever having another toddler age child enter my home again! I just knew that I was going to be buying another toilet! Zach actually got it out!!! Hopefully I will never have this problem again.... but if I do then I know exactly who to call!

Chris showed up earlier than expected and replaced my old water heater. He did the job efficiently and had everything he needed to get the job done the first time. He was polite and the cost was A LOT cheaper than a quote I got from Bob Hamilton plumbing. I would recommend checking these guys out first. The pipe from my washer was clogged and it caused water to come out of the seem of a utility sink downspout. Technician removed the pipe that was clogged and re-routed to remove the clog. A lot less pipe now, too! Looks better!
