Our service man was professional and attentive. He was able to find the problem and fix it so the AC unit could work again.There was confusion about our warranty and the service plan from the company itself. Disappointed in the company with this outcome.Major issue with York. AC had a bad weld inside the unit so it lost all Freon. They refused to cover the cost of the Freon replacement resulting in a major cost to us. The bad weld was a manufacturing issue and not the fault of the installers or Climatr Control. York will be hearing from us!

Kevin has replaced parts in our water filtration systems, and answered a lot of questions we have about plumbing in our home. He's timely, professional, courteous and knows what he's doing. He doesn't do what's easy, but does the right thing. He is also one of few plumbers I know who understand water filtration and doesn't look at me like I'm crazy for wanting cleaner water. He gets a 5 star recommendation!

Quick thinking after find the leak under my basement slab, they decided to reroute the kitchen drain line in a more sensible way, saving the extra cost of jackhammering up the floor. We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
