Might just be my new go-to plumber. I called this morning to get on the schedule for an in-home consultation and someone answered immediately. Those big names sometimes won’t answer and certainly don’t return you call if you leave a message. They had next day availability but I was told there was a chance I could get someone out as soon as the afternoon. Well, sure enough they were able to fit me in. Let me tell you, Kevin and Luke are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Kevin quickly diagnosed my issue and got the work done fast (I’m doing a small bathroom reno and need to switch from a 2 handle shower to a single). Like a real pro, he made recommendations that will end up saving me some money. The service from CPS is top notch, I’m certain that I’ll be using them again in the future.

We have had THREE plumbers(including the top rated ones such as Bob Hamilton) out to try to fix our tankless water heater and Mike was the only one that was able to fix the issue! He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. He is knowledgeable and direct. I highly recommend Bristol Plumbing!
