This company is first class. Their service Tech Travis did a great job and unfortunately it was time to replace our nearly 20 year old A/C and from their sales person, Troy, to the installers they were very professional, on time, and responsive. Within 18 hours we went from finding out we had an A/C that needed to replaced to a new one installed and cooling our home.'2/2/2022 - While I still stand by the quality of work they did I would not purchase their maintenance program. They scheduled it in the spring of 2021 and cancelled due to them having repair calls, which I appreciate they take care of others in more need. But they never rescheduled so we never go any of the checkups and maintenance that we paid for. This is disappointing considering how our first interaction was. So I lowered the rating to 4 stars.

Firl from KB showed up, diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was a failing furnace fan motor. Wrote up an estimate and discussed a couple of options. I decided on one and he immediately went to work to replace the motor.As he was replacing the motor, organizing up the wiring harness and cleaned the fan housing all along the way, we discussed the system and things to be aware of during use.Prior to leaving he did a thorough check out of the complete heating setup, fixed a metal vibration noise, adjusted the humidifier settings, and cleaned up his work area when he was finished.Very professional and personable service repair man. Thanks for a job well done.

Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
