It was so easy to schedule my service. I was able to do it all online and via text. Loren was prompt in responding and following up with me. I was able to get my job scheduled within a couple days. Andrew was the handyman who did our work. He was professional, worked quickly, and was very friendly. The work looks great. We will definitely use the service again, and I’ll request Andrew when we need something else done.

Kyle was knowledgeable and carefully walked me through the different issues he found with our system and with the different options available to address the concerns.

Had multiple plumbing issues that we'd been putting off in the house until my own attempts to reseat a toilet resulted in cracking the original flange. Called up Mike after seeing some nice reviews on social media in our neighborhood and am EXTREMELY glad we did.

Mike is exceptionally professional and experienced and came by to diagnose water flow/leak issues in two bathroom showers, and completely remounted one toilet while making another run like new.

Mike specializes in tankless water heater installation and also gave a very thorough cost/benefit analysis and explained our tank/tankless options to replace a 24 year old water heater we need to have replaced as well.

My CO detector went off yesterday and the fire department found the source was my water heater. I called AB May and they came out within 2 hours of me calling and we found my heater needed to be replaced.Since it was end of day they were unable to get me the water heater as the store closed but today Curtis came and was thorough, professional, explained everything to me and was quick to finish a lot of work. Less than 24 hours after the detector first went off I'm set with a new water heater that is up to code.Excellent service!

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience!
