We had a long list of items for KB to quote. Nick was thorough, taking pictures, asking specific questions so he could give me the most accurate information/quote. After we received the quotes, he made himself available for questions from both myself and my husband. He was forward thinking and quoted for code conformity as well as our ability to age in our home. I felt like he cared.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Afterwards, he did a complete walk thru with me again and showed me everything that was done. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

John is so good at explaining exactly what's going on and what your options are! Most of the time, the best solution is NOT the most expensive solution! Everyone is so pleasant and easy to work with - they make those big plumbing problems a little less painful! I can't say enough positive things about them.
