I found the technicians from Mr. Rooter to be very knowledgeable and very reasonable. I had a problem with the water pressure in my house. They installed something called a pressure reducing valve, it corrected the problem. They even went the extra mile and explained what was causing the problem. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing problems that might occur in the future.

I had home warranty technicians come out three separate times to work on a stoppage in main sewer line. They concluded that we needed to dig in front yard to solve problem and quoted me $3800. I called Chris for a second opinion. He came out on a Saturday morning and fixed the stoppage in the main sewer line for $140, said he was able to clear the stoppage in the main sewer line. Chris was honest, efficient and did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need unlike many corporate companies.

Corky took the time to go through our prospective furnace and air-conditioner purchase and ensure our needs were met. As an asthma household, his recommendation to include a Sanuvox (whole-home air-cleaning system) to our home gave us something everyone appreciates, clean air at home. This was a need fulfilled.

I used this company years ago at my home and was very pleased. In fact, everything was going well this time also, until it didn't. Alex came out to clear basement drains and discovered that an external pipe had collapsed. He was very professional, explained to me my options and we settled on me calling a company he recommended to perform the long term repairs that his company did not handle. He told me that he would place a sump pump and remove the standing water to higher level ground. That is where things went sideways. I returned from a meeting to find him gone and the water still there. When I called to inquire the reason, I spoke with Alex's father. This man needs to retire because he is an extremely rude and poor representative for their business. In retrospect, it is not surprising that he said they could come out immediately when I called the night before--my guess is with him manning the phones, they're not very busy. When I asked why the water had not been drained, he abruptly said, we don't drain basements, actually multiple times. When I told him that I was told by his serviceman (his son) that he would drain it for me due to forecasted rain, he became very rude and condescending. He said they didn't have a sump pump on that truck, that it would cost me a service call to come out and sump what I was told they would sump when Alex was out there, that they didn't actually even have a sump anymore because they sold it on their last call, that draining it wasn't a long term fix (yea, I know, I said I know that), and that he was sarcastically, graciously apologetic that they had done all they could do, which he then repeated anytime I said anything. If they ditch the dad (whom I assume started the company, but is now woefully out of touch) they may be okay. Otherwise, I would steer clear of them on the basis of very poor customer service and the old man's condescending demeanor.

I felt the work was overpriced but we didn’t have a choice to take the time to shop around since we had a water leak. The technicians didn’t put my garage back the way it was when they arrived, and they ruined a shoe in the garage by running over it with the lawn mower when they moved the mower. Positives were that they were friendly and the work was done quickly.

Great company, supper professional, very helpful and won't steer you in the wrong direction! We have a leak we have been dealing with for a while now unfortunately no signs to where this leak is at other than it is outside somewhere. We had Snake 'n' Rooter come out to see if they could help us they gave us some quotes on a couple of different possibilities that we had of where the leak was at however them knowing the financial responsibilities with everything they didn't force it on us to let them fix a what could be the leak as there is no identification of where this leak is and we have a couple of different possibilities instead they directed us to a company that could find the leak for us without tearing up our whole yard. We will use them to find the leak and we will for sure be calling Snake 'n' Rooter back for the actual fixing of the leak!

Ace’s was great from the start of scheduling the appointment to the appointment itself. Ace was very informative and fixed our heavily clogged tub drain. I would highly recommend this company.

Do not use this company. Hired them to run a auger to clear roots from the sewer line. The tech did not tell us to not use and fixtures on the main floor while he was doing this. My wife flushed a toilet on the main floor and nasty water came out all around on the basement floor. He was I’ll equipped to clean up the mess, even though said he had a few rags. My wife has now spent 6 hours disinfecting the floor and 3 loads of laundry of old towels and sheets used to clean up the water on the basement floor. Maybe if they see this, they will refund the charges, and pay my wife the hourly rate they charge for cleaning up the mess they created.
