KB Complete came out to my neighbor's to fix a plumbing issue. She speaks English but has a very thick Japanese accent which can make her difficult to understand, is elderly, and lives alone. KB took advantage of her. They charged her three grand to put a piece of plastic around a broken pipe. The pipe a year later is broken yet again, but they said it is only warranted for one year. One year warranty for fixing a pipe that cost three thousand dollars. That is ridiculous, and when we called them back to say they did not treat her right they refused to do anything about. Claimed the work was good, it was out of warranty and that was that. They may be good for the people who can stand up for themselves, but I will never use someone who takes advantage of people when they know they can get away with it. Pathetic.

Steve was very kind and professional. He proposed a couple different options to solve our problem. We've used Connelly Plumbing before and highly recommend them. I appreciate their honesty and quality of service.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Pat and lucky were amazing. They are very professional. They fixed the leaky toilet and pipe in the crawl space in a timely manner and when they left everything was cleaned in the bathroom swept the living room floor .Looked as if they had never been there.

Top notch. Extremely happy. My main water valve stopped working, and these guys fixed it very quickly. We had another project we were working on to begin with, and they took care of that too! DEFINITELY WILL REUSE

AB May recently performed a semiannual Check & clean service on my HVAC system. James Sanchez, the tech, was the most competent, thorough, and efficient, person I have ever dealt with. He not only serviced my system thoroughly and quickly, but patiently answered all my many questions. When he was unsure of the answer to a question, he took the trouble to call in to get the answer and clearly explained it to me in layman's terms, something many other AB May techs could or wound not do. He is a valuable asset to the company and deserves recognition as the quintessential service technician. I will always ask for him when I call in for service because I trust him and respect his work ethic.

Ask price up front. I did not. Had a leaking wax ring. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the bolts (which now stick up 3 inches) wax ring & supply line & reset toilet. Prices was $89 for service call and $285 to reset toilet for a total $374. The plumber was there for 1/2 hour. I called other plumbers after the fact & found I over paid at least $100.

Justin did an amazing job. He saved me from getting taken advantage of by another plumbing company. I will using The sewer doctor for all my future plumbing repairs. I will also be recommending them to anyone I know. Thanks-Joe

I used this company today and can’t say anything but positive things, I had Alex Case and another technician come out to a property I’m managing and perform a main drain cleaning and unclog another drain for me. They were professional and did a great and effective Job will be using them again on other properties. Thank you again everyone that was involved in the process including Janelle (I believe is her name) in the office!!!!

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
