I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Bill is very informative and professional. We have referred him to several people we know, especially after he was able to get us set up with a whole home water purification system. John did our sewer line inspection on our first home. He provided timely feedback, professional advice, and gave us a clean bill of health for our sewer line (whew!). He was very personable and answered all questions we had. John sent us HD video of our sewer line inspection as well. It was clear video with great audio. (John was also a giant hunk of man. No, he definitely did not tell me to include that in my review). I would use the Sewer Doctors again!

One of their technicians came out to check sewer line on 12/23/2021. They charged me $49 to come out and write estimate ( he said next week), but I did not get estimate yet. I called several times. Every time I called, I got same answer that they would find out with Steve. But I never heard back. I understand I don't always hear back from contractors. But they should not have charged me $49 if they could not promise estimate as mentioned on their website. I called another local company and they came out and wrote estimate next day for FREE.

I had a shower and sink backing up and needed it taken care of quickly. I called first thing on a Friday thinking I would have to schedule for next week, but they were able to come out same day! Within in a couple hours from my phone call, they were out to my house and had diagnosed what was causing the back up was not a main line issue, but some old plumbing. They quickly cut out the problem pipe, installed a working piece and solved my problem. Could not be more happy with the response time and how quickly my problem was taken care of. Also Cory was great at explaining the issue and the fix. I will be using Zoom Drain again if I run into any other problems.
