They came almost immediately to check out the old water heater. Ace then came very promptly (the doorbell rang the minute he said he’d arrive) and did great work. I feel the work he did was of better quality than the bigger companies, and also a lot more affordable. He (and Jill) were very knowledgeable and friendly. Their technician caused my pipe to crack, left without fixing the problem, left without cleaning up his mess, and I’ve been told, even though I have water leaking in my basement, that I have to wait until tomorrow morning. Definitely not 24 hour service.
