Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

They were prompt, got the blockage expertly removed, gave me solid maintenance advice on how to avoid the problem in the future and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. And on top of it all he was friendly and happy. Wonderful company.
