Jason was my service tech for our A/C unit. We have used this company many times, and he took the time to read all our customer notes before getting here and asked me if I had any concerns. Was professional and did an excellent job cleaning the unit outside and inside. Also, he added some additional sheet metal to our older unit where we had aluminum tape to give it a better seal. I truly appreciate Jason taking the time to get the job done right. Thank you Jason for your attention to detail and professionalism as those are two things I look for with a company.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Honest reliable plumber.

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! Anthony Ficara installed a water softener for us. He arrived when he said he would, and installed the water softener in a timely and professional manner. He was knowledgeable, and explained the operation of the softener. We will use Quick Relief Plumbing for any needs from here on out.
