I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Afterwards, he did a complete walk thru with me again and showed me everything that was done. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

One of their technicians came out to check sewer line on 12/23/2021. They charged me $49 to come out and write estimate ( he said next week), but I did not get estimate yet. I called several times. Every time I called, I got same answer that they would find out with Steve. But I never heard back. I understand I don't always hear back from contractors. But they should not have charged me $49 if they could not promise estimate as mentioned on their website. I called another local company and they came out and wrote estimate next day for FREE.

They came very early and I was very pleased.

Not on time and definitely don't come in the window they tell you to expect them and didn't even show up the first day or return phone calls.

Paul was phenomenal! Made the sales process absolutely enjoyable. showed us the in and outs of everything. Overall a great buying experience! Then we had Dustin as our installer, he walked us through everything did an absolute great job . We look forward to working with Bob Hamilton in the future.

Trevor was our technician and arrived 30 minutes late, he quoted $650 for a small seal leak problem under our stand-up shower. After cutting into the pipes, he realized he made a mistake and called his boss to find a solution to his mess up. Sent pictures and everything. Top it off quoted higher after his mistake. Then when he finished the job, we waited overnight to test it, and first thing in the morning water was everywhere in our laundry room. Let’s just say the worst experience ever, 3 technicians in less than a week to fix the tiniest leak, & on the first day when we told Trevor looks like you could have just sealed it from the top besides all that you explained the first time. His response was yeah I thought about that after.One it’s the holidays and two it’s not easy nowadays and when we don’t know too much about plumbing, we hope for honesty and I feel like we haven’t gotten any of that. I have placed 2 requests to hear back from the manager and heard nothing. I’ve never felt so used in my life and it’s the worst feeling, so I’d recommend doing your research, & know what you’re getting into before trusting who we expect are professionals.

It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we were going to go out to dinner to celebrate. Then we noticed water pooling around the drain where our air conditioning unit drains. After a few missteps we got a guy to come out and fix the problem. Jim was professional and fast. He also explained what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He was in and out fast and we made our dinner.Thank you Roto-Rooter!

We were happy with the professionalism and quality of work by Plumbline Plumbers. They were friendly, on time, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Plumbline Plumbing or call them again for any other plumbing repairs.

OMG! I am so excited to report that our year long problem has been solved!! We have had at least 15 other vendors out to look at our low water pressure issue. If you were taking a shower and someone else needed to use the bathroom, or do dishes, or wash clothes, you were out of luck!! Additionally, the stream of water in the tub was so low that it would literally take 1 hour to fill the tub for a bath. Some of the suggestions from previous vendors included adding a pump to the top of the water tank to force more water up, changing out all the pipes in the entire house (extremely expensive), replacing some of the pipes as they were too small in places, bypass the water softener because maybe the softener is the problem, etc., etc., etc. So we had the water softener bypassed and it made our water pressure even worse!! So we had Mark (#379) to come out to undo the bypass of the water softener. Not only did Mark reinstall the water softener but he also went out and checked the outside water meter. Turns out the water meter was turned too far (past open) and therefore we had no water pressure. Let me tell you if we were not in COVID-19, I would have given Mark the biggest hug ever!! So I HIGH RECOMMEND this company for any of your plumbing needs!!

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
