They were great. Quick response to my inquiry. Could get me on their schedule within a week. Half the price of a large plumbing company in the area which was great as I was hydro-jetting as preventative maintenance. They only need an hour from knocking on my door to pulling out of my driveway.

They will be my go-to for any line cleaning or scoping needs.

Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

On time service, professional staff, great prices. The digging crew that sent out , Mike and Clint, were extremely polite and courteous, they took the time to explain the whole process of replacing our septic system. Will use them in the future. Job well done!

I had a very stubborn clogged drain. I tried every home remedy you can think of for a clogged drain. It took the full length of the snake, but the technician was able to push whatever was blocking the pipe into the main line and get the drain flowing again.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

First off, I want to say that the gentlemen that came out and actually worked on our sewer lines were very professional. The customer service since then has been a nightmare.
We hired Mr. Rooter back in September of 2020 to repair and reline our pipes. They came out and did what they needed to do for the pipes and then told us they would come back out to grade our yard a few days after. Well, they never came back to grade the yard. We have been going back and forth trying to get our yard graded since that was part of our contract. Now they are having a hard time finding our information when just last week they were able to find all the information needed to get us scheduled this week to have our yard graded. We were scheduled for 8/24 and no one showed up to come grade the yard. Then we received a text message saying they were coming 8/25, then 8/26. and they never showed up. Apparently the crew that grades the yards don't work on the weekends or the mornings so we are still waiting on our service to be completed, almost an ENTIRE YEAR LATER. We paid $10,000 cash in good faith that they would come back out and complete the contract, and we are still waiting for them to complete our contract. If you decide to go with Mr. Rooter, wait to pay them until the work is COMPLETELY finished. If not, you will have a very hard time getting this company to come out and finish the job.

Tim and Scott were very informative and helpful. They cleaned the drain first and then
put a sock through my sewer drain to line the inside of the pipe to stop tree roots from causing any more problems.

I had Zack out to install a new gas line in my kitchen and a new water line for my refrigerator. They arrived on time and did a great job. I felt the costs were reasonable and Zack even took the time to tell me how to fix my off/on gas valve to my fireplace. No charge. Mac Wilson has a new customer who will spread the word.

Anthony saved the day! He came out with little delay on a Sunday evening for a clogged toilet. Turned out the old cast iron sewer line in the basement was plugged up. He swiftly shot me a price, replaced the section of pipe and was out the door in no time! Great price, great attitude and was always Covid-19 respectful. Highly recommend.

Really do go above and beyond. Have used them now several times and will not hesitate to use again.
