By far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they very personable, but very honest and work with integrity. They worked tirelessly to fix a shower leak we had. They explained the issue thoroughly to me and helped me understand. They also were very respectful to my house (they wore shoe booties) and cleaned up when they were done. I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I had a 17 year old water heater, that while still working, was giving off the sulfur smell from time to time. I hit up Chase, who did his due diligence before the job to make sure I actually needed a replacement, instead of immediately selling me a full replacement.

During the replacement, he diagnosed and replaced all other parts of the gas and water lines that needed updates, as well as fixing the exhaust venting. He also spent the time to explain all this work to us so we could understand the system for future maintenance.

My mom told me that a company came out to unclog her sewer line and told her they needed to replace part of it. They said between $4,000-$8,000. I said let me call the sewer doctor. Justin came out was able to clear the line looked at it with the camera and it was clear and flowing properly. No lines needed replaced problem solved. The sewer doctor is a breath of fresh air in an industry that usually stinks
