New sump pit installed, abandoned drain covered and floor drain moved and repaired. Very professional, walked me through all aspects of the job and were very considerate of my autistic daughter regarding the noise. I am very happy with the work and appreciate the professionalism.

We are so thankful! VERY RESPONSIVE and communication is excellent. We have had Don everytime we have needed something (usually a last minute need because nothing breaks Monday through Friday 9-5) and Don has been our person everytime and has showen up when he said he would (he was on call thankfully) at 7:45 pm on a Saturday night so we did not have a hot night in the house (our AC needed help). He also showed up in the freezing cold and made sure we were taken care of! He is kind and knowledgeable! So thankful for a wonderful reliable company and a company that keeps wonderful employees. I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.

Steve replaced our 31 year-old water heater with a modern tankless type. This was a challenging job in a 100 year-old house. He did a fine job with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. We are pleased with the the quality installation and the seemingly endless supply of hot water.

He also responded to an emergency leak from a faulty dishwasher and replaced a defective shutoff valve on short notice.

I recommend him for work in mature houses.

I had a break under concrete floor in the basement--kitchen drain line. It had been broken probably quite awhile and slowly got worse. I actually called 2 other plumbing companies that are always advertising on the radio and both acted like they didn't want the job , therefore gave me very high bids. I had Terry come out from your company and was so very helpful and explained everything that was going to be involved...digging an area of the concrete floor up and repairing the line. He also re-did all the line from the floor all the way up to the kitchen sink/dishwasher. Terry & his helper worked hard and had it done in half a day. Everything looked and works great. I would highly recommend this company. Will always call this company for any other problems or advise. Thank You!
