Had 2 toilets repaired. A new door lock put on back door and a stair rail re-installed. All went smoothly. The tech, James showed up on time, explained all in detail and gave me tips on how to buy light fixtures for a future job. I would recommend and use again.

He is very good very busy and hard to hire.. because is stays busy. but if you are able to get on his schedule you will be very pleased with his work. NO complaints here!

After more than 10 years I finally had an emergency plumbing issue in my home. I googled plumber's in Olathe, KS and saw that Connelly Plumbing Service (CPS) had 21 reviews all of which were 5 stars. When I called I felt Chuck asked all the right questions, showed up on time with the correct materials and supplies for the job, estimated the time to complete, and then finished on time. Chuck took great care to protect the carpet as he came and went to his vehicle. My issue was fixed the same day. I will be sure to use CPS in the future. Add another 5 star rating to the list! Working with Diamond to get my service call scheduled was a breeze. I had some things in my schedule change and she was able to work around me to get me scheduled for a service call.
Anthony showed up on time and was very honest about what needed to be done to my kitchen sink. He explained the process and exactly what he was doing during the work.
He kept his work area very clean and did a detailed cleaning job prior to leaving so that it appeared nobody had disturbed my home.

I would highly recommend QRP and I think I've found my go to when it comes to plumbing on my property.

These guys are great! They even came out and checked some work they had already done!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

We just had our master bath shower plumbing and hardware replaced. We had a very bad leak. They were able to come out within 24 hours and assess it and quote us. We scheduled them right then and there since Josh gave us all the information and answered my questions as well as giving us a great price. The service we received a few days later was professional, courteous, quick, and all around great. We will be recommending Above and Beyond to anyone and everyone. We will also be scheduling our hall bath to be done as well. Thank you so much for creating a great company that provides superior service.

We have used A1 for several projects at our home and have been extremely pleased each time. Not only is their workmanship professional but they always show up on time and complete the job in record time. We will be using them over and over!!!

I have previously used this company and was pleased with the service, but when the 2 men came today and my husband let them in thru the front door and they did not have mask or shoe coverings, I was astonished!! We are in a pandemic and every where I go I am required to at least wear a PPE also for my Job I suggest you do the same for your employees, when I ask about this one of your guys just kinda laughed it off!! Not funny!! They are servicing Jackson County do the right thing!! NOT FUNNY
