Zac was very professional and knowledgeable about repairing my outside faucet. He was friendly, polite and answered the questions that I had. I will definitely uses this company again.

We understand there were issues with the replacement and installation. However, the amount charged was too high. We had 3 fans installed costing us over $1,000. One fan was installed and didn’t work. We paid for that installation and removal. We purchased a different fan and they installed it. Everything was all set up to install the replacement. The rate is $115 per hour. We still got charged an additional $213.75 which included another service charge $70. Everyone was polite and professional.

We had a clogged line on a Saturday night. We called several other 24 hour services, and not only was KB the first available to come out (just 2 hrs later), they were also the least expensive for an emergency call. The technician Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with - he was very kind and helpful. We will be using them in the future!

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

After having several plumbers out to discuss our job, we decided to work with Mike / Bristol Plumbing.
After recently moving to the area from the east coast we were looking for a plumber who could help us with our ktichen remodel and install a new hot water heater but we were also looking for a plumber that we could call on in the future for other remodeling endeabvors or repears. Mike’s prefessional, knowledgeable, straight forward, honest approach was refreshing and was backed up by the quality of his work. We could not be happier with the work that was done and We will definitely be using Mike / Bristol Plumbing in the future... I can’t recomend them highly enough.

Charged me $160 for a fuse that cost $5. I paid $249 for them to fix my dryer. Spent 20 minutes to find out what was wrong. Had to order the fuse in which it can the next day. Told me it would only take 15 minutes to put in. AB May said they couldnt come back out until 7 days later the earliest. I couldnt wait 7 days. I ended up doing the work myself. ABMay stated to bad to sad we are still charging you $249 and you get no refund. Im baffled and upset

Bill and his team are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They do a great job of educating you on what the issue is, and then developing a solution that works for you. Can't say enough good things about this company!!!

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Update, I recently tried to use Mr. Rooter again for a clog in my kitchen sink. They came out and told me it needed to be power scrubbed before they even looked at the problem. I agreed to the power scrub thinking that it would work because that is what the plumber said would work. The plumber stated that they had to remove the clog with the auger before they power scrubbed. He tried multiple times to remove the clog with the auger with no success. Without success they tried to put the power scrubber in the drain and immediately had water blowback into the cabinet under the sink. After that failed they told me that my sink was plumbed improperly and I needed to run new pipe. I asked if that was the only option and the plumber told me that I could cut the pipe myself and investigate to see what the problem was. He even told me where he thought the clog was located. I wasn't too impressed with a plumber telling me how to do a job I hired him to do. After paying the 150.00 service charge they charged me instead of the 580.00 that they charge for a power scrub I called to discuss that I wasn’t happy with the service I received. I was able to remove the clog myself in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. The supervisor that called me back was immediately defensive from the get go and essentially defended his guys and nothing I said could be correct. He went as far as to tell me that I owe him 600.00 dollars for the unsuccessful attempt to flush water down my pipes when all it did was make a mess that they never cleaned up. Photo is attached of cabinet. I thought this company was going to be a good company to use but once something didn’t go right they fumbled and couldn’t handle the situation. I would not recommend Mr. Rooter for that reason.

Old review but still true. I am so thankful for Zach Olson of Mr. Rooter. He was very experienced and didn't try to rip me off like some of the other companies did. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was spot on with his diagnosis. The price was reasonable and fair. It was hard work in a cramped space and he had a great attitude the entire time he was here. Thank you Zach.

Отличные ребята , все делают быстро , четко . Вызывал для прочистки канализации, приехали через пол часа , 2 человека , вежливые опрятные, сразу приступили , справились за 15 минут , за собой все убрали , вымыли , выдали чек на работу и уехали . Спасибо данной организации .
