Ok....Connelly is THE BEST plumbing team in KC! They just left after fixing a leaking valve and we wanted to write a review - they didn't even ask us to. Easy to schedule appointments with, truly amazing customer service, attention to job detail is second to none, and their years of experience and trade skill is fantastic! They're honest, personal and they believe in making sure the customer's problem is completely fixed. I am so happy we have found a plumber we can trust. We're now going to contract Connelly for plumbing upgrade projects.

Loren came out my house quickly, and resolved a hot water heater problem, he was very nice and friendly, I highly recommend there service!

Chris came to my house on January 10th to repair my Aprilaire Humidifier -- it was not allowing water to flow through the humidifier. Chris fixed my problem by cleaning calcification out of connections. He was very friendly, professional and explained what he was doing so that I could understand the problem. I would recommend him again for a similar service call.

The guys from Roto-Rooter went above and beyond to fix our plumbing issue, they not only was able to fix the problem as cheap as they could, they also went out of their way to try to make sure I was happy with the work. Kudos to Larry and Jessie for caring about making us happy!

I contacted $49 Handyman to repair screens on my back porch. Doug came out and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. He never returned to do the work and never returned my phone calls or text messages. I would stay away from this company and look for someone else to do the work.
