We used their services to repair dry rot on our siding. Loren came out for the estimate and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate ended up a little higher than we were expecting because our house is old and those same materials were not still available. After discussing with his employee, Jeff, they came up with a different method to fix which would use less material and take less time. The new estimate they provided was much better. Jeff was able to complete the job in less time and looked great. Ended up costing $200 less than estimate. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

I was not impressed with this company or with Mike. He replaced one piece in the back of my toilet, a very inexpensive piece and did not have the part needed for the other toilet, charged 149.50 and left. He was here no longer than 30 minutes and my toilet still does not work right!!

Northland handyman will get the job done when no one else wants to get it done. Took care of some sealant around the house and venting bathrooms in the attic. Projects most contractors say are too small the Northland handyman gets it done for you. Appreciate your communication and dealing with my last minute addons.

I'm a new home owner. I tried to save money by doing something I've never attempted. It quickly turned into a disaster. Too much for me to handle. I called frantic and I had someone sent out within an hour. Raymond looked like Jesus with a shining halo around his head as he walked up my driveway ready to save my home and peace of mind. I can't thank him enough for everything he did. He was honest, deliberate, and had the kind of work ethic that you hope for in any professional. It was a bigger job than he was prepared for, but he didn't look at the problems, he gave me options for solutions. I knew that he wasn't going to leave until the job was done right. He got creative and saved me from having to spend WAY more than I was able. Ask for raymond. Trust me.

I came across this company through a quick Google Search and called for an estimate on fixing a running toilet that I just couldn't get to stop myself. When I called I got a hold of Kyle who quoted me a the best price out of 5 companies I called. Two of the bigger companies wouldn't even give me an estimate without having someone come out, and one of those wanted to charge a $75 call fee. Regardless I went with Devoted Plumbing.

Kyle kept me up to date on his schedule and where I fit in to it. He let me know he was running ahead of schedule and was able to get me taken care of earlier than expected. Once he made it to my location he took a quick look at the toilet and found that he needed a part pretty uncommon these days. He popped out for about 20 minutes and returned with the part he needed. Another 20 minutes and he was letting me know it was all done.

Very friendly, professional and best of all affordable. The next time I run in to a plumbing issue I can't tackle I will definitely be giving them a call.

After our thermostat failed, we weren't able to use our HVAC system. Chris and Corky were able to come out to help us the same day, and they were incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and helpful. Chris was able to get us back up and running, while Corky was able to fill us in on our HVAC options going forward. We've been receiving service from Mission PHC for a few years now, and are consistently impressed with their service.

Complete removal and replacement of drain stacks old plumbing in the basement. Moved washing machine hook ups for remodeling. Ted and Austin were wonderful would not use any other company. The owner Zack was even on site and inspected employees work Love this company. Everything works like it should now.

I called to setup the A/C inspection and they scheduled it from 1-5PM about a week later. The morning of the inspection I called to verify the time and they had no record of the booking. Luckily they were able to schedule it for that afternoon still. Tech called he was on his way and about 30 minutes away, however he went to the completely wrong address. After waiting another half an hour for him he arrived. He didn't bring a ladder, so he didn't inspect my interior air handler at all and didn't bring anything to clean the coils with outside so they didn't get cleaned either. He also didn't point out that I was missing the insulation on my refrigerant lines. Wasn't worth the fight at the time to contest the charge for the work not being done so I just paid the $69 and will not be using R Mech again. Then a couple days later I get an invoice in my email for a property that wasn't mine they were trying to charge me for even though I had already paid for mine. Seemed really sketchy. I immediately called and they apologized and said they would fix it. Only reason they don't get one star is everyone I talked to on the phone and the tech were very polite and professional.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
