We were new to the Kansas City area and found Mike via a neighbor referral. Mike came out and fixed two shower valves that were not operating correctly. He did this quickly and in a professional manner. He was also very responsive and completed the work at a great value!

We called yesterday to have someone fix a leaky faucet. They scheduled us between 12pm-3pm today. No one had showed up by 4pm. My husband called and they just said we were next after their current customer. When no one had shown up by 5pm or called to let us know what the plan was, we canceled their services. We’ll try someone else.

Jared did a great job with our furnace tune-up. He was honest, patient, and helpful as I asked a lot of questions about an unusual issue with our furnace. He did not in any way try to push us toward replacing the furnace or choosing the most expensive type of repair; he simply explained the problem in detail and recommended that I talk it over with my husband, who may want to do the repair himself. I always really appreciate it when a technician doesn't condescend or seem dismissive when I raise the possibility of doing the work ourselves. We also talked about the company's installation expertise with the type of system we may eventually buy, and he had some really helpful information. I like that Mission is a small company where the employees know other employees and the areas where they have particular expertise. I feel very confident about using them in the future.

I am new to America and was unsure of what to do when my furnace broke. R-Mech was able to diagnose that not only was my furnace broken but it was leaking carbon monoxide into my house. They gave an honest price and sent Leonard to install it the same day. Leonard was professional and funny while explains how to use my new system, i never even new you could control your thermostat from your phone. My old system never sounded this quiet.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.

I contacted $49 Handyman to repair screens on my back porch. Doug came out and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. He never returned to do the work and never returned my phone calls or text messages. I would stay away from this company and look for someone else to do the work.
