Chase is simply the best in the greater Kansas City area for water heaters. Pricing is very reasonable and his knowledge and the willingness to share it to the consumer is what puts him over the top.

I called for service this morning, (Aug. 19th) Scott was the service plumber who came out to my residence. He immediately went to the problem explained to me what could be done gave me a quote. I agreed he immediately got to work he was very professional, and did a outstanding job. I would like to give Scott to thumbs up.

The gentleman that replaced our water heater were some of the friendliest and good working people I’ve had do something to my house. The quality of work the did was spot on and they even fixed stuff that was done by previous owners incorrectly to make our system better and safer.

I messaged them late at night on FB and they responded quick! letting me know that someone would be here the next day in the am. I thought maybe they wouldn't get to me that quick.. but at 8:30a they messaged me back that someone would be here at 9:10a! AND THEY WERE! very friendly and helpful, in under an hour he fixed it! it was not costly and im very glad I used their service! Definitely recommend!

The plumber was very polite and did a great job. I wanted my driveway drain cleared like the last time for 140$ 4 months ago. They recommended a water jet and getting the camera in there to really see what’s going on at that time. (There’s no bid to approve or even review to clear up questions or misunderstandings) So, this time around, I choose to go ahead and get a camera down there on top of clearing my drain....the camera can’t fit and there’s water in the pipe so we can’t see anything. I asked if I was still going to be charged for the camera work and turns out the camera work was a ‘free add on’ along with the 477$ water jet. Oh, so I’m basically paying for the same results x’s 3. “Sorry for the inconvenience” was their reply...no I don’t think I’m going to call them again or recommend them unless they want to charge me a fair price. I don’t get to charge people for special equipment that doesn’t produce results so.....?
