Our sump pump stopped working and we called KB to come out to take a look. We’ve used them many times before and have always had a great experience. We needed to replace the sump pump and Randy explained both of the repair options, along with pricing, to me so I could make an informed decision. He was quick with the work and as I was paying, we had a lovely conversation about our cats and the cats he had at home.I will always recommend KB, they are fantastic to work with and are our “go to” for any of our plumbing needs.

John was referred to me by a friend, he came out on time, uniformed up, he gave me a bid to replace my sewer they did it in a timely manner, had it inspected cleaned up after themselves..I will surely call him for all my plumbing needs..

Chuck arrived on time and replaced our outside faucet quickly. He also did it correctly and welded it (instead of screwing it in), which is something I wouldn't have been able to do myself.

He also spent about 30 minutes with me and answered all my other plumbing questions.

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!
