I have engaged the services of Handyman Matters on both sides of the state line, and I can state with absolute honesty that they have never failed to deliver a superior job. This time I hired them to replace some siding on my house, and Loren and Tim did an OUTSTANDING job! The work was extremely professional, and they completed it all in a single day. What especially impressed me was how clean and tidy the work site was after their departure; everything was all nicely bagged up and all I had to do was to put it in my garbage! I could not be more pleased, and I give Handyman Matters the highest possible recommendation.

Zachary J. was our service man. The ac unit is located under the house in a small, narrow crawl space and he did not hesitate to get down there and diagnose the problem. The last company we called, the service man didn't want to enter the crawl space and was of no help and fixed nothing. My husband and I are very impressed with the confidence and knowledge Zach has and would recommend him to everyone we know and for our future repairs. We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodeling work done by Farzad. His attention to details and dedication to the job were key in getting us the results we wished for. The end result is amazing. I highly recommend Farzad.

Beware: I paid about $600 for them to replace the stems in my shower due to a leak out of the cold water tap. They did replace them. But didn't tighten the new parts before installing them. So, it continued leaking. Had to call them back out. Tightened the new parts and reassembled. Next time I went to use the shower, found the leak has just moved to coming out of the diverter. Not sure I will have them come back out anymore because clearly they aren't going to fix the problem. Also with that second appt- made it for Saturday. Stayed home to be here. They did not show. I got a call from a private number (which was the manager calling from their home phone- blocked number) and left a message saying they were canceling due to more important service calls taking priority over my appt and I would need to reschedule- again. But no number to call back. If there were zero stars, that's what I would give. I clicked that they did shower repair, but did they really? No. $600 later, still not fixed. No offer of refund.

My wife called for a drywall estimate. He came out and did measurements and was told he would give it to her the next day. She called twice and left messages with no response. Very unprofessional. We would never recommend using this company.

No, Bordner didn't build that, and no, I didn't call Jericho before 7pm on Monday to get their 10% off. I contacted Brett, we went over what changes we wanted to make around Kitchen, Dining room, and stairs, and got it scheduled it right away. Brett and his crew are personable and professional, they have done a great job around our house at reasonable price. Highly recommend their services.

I contacted $49 Handyman to repair screens on my back porch. Doug came out and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. He never returned to do the work and never returned my phone calls or text messages. I would stay away from this company and look for someone else to do the work.
