Our AC went out on Wednesday night. Of course during an extreme heatwave and the temperature in our home got up to 89 degrees. Anthony PHCE got us scheduled and everything fixed by Thursday afternoon! Erik was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. He explained exactly what was wrong, how it would get fixed, and pricing. They made a miserable situation so much better and honestly turned our week around! We can’t thank them enough for their help and prompt response on this!

On January 4th of 2023 we had Climate Control come out to look at a leak. The tech -Keith came out and said that we needed the expansion tank replaced due to the one that we had failed. And we needed to move the tank higher up from the water filter. So that meant all the plumbing had to be done. We had the repairs done $1200.00. 3 weeks later we had the same leak . So what he did fix was not the issue. The water filter was leaking and climate control wanted us to pay another amount of $700.00 (that’s including labor)to repair the water filter and it was less than 30days of the repair. We was fine with paying for the part but not the labor. Keith did say that climate control was not going to discount the labor. But why are we paying for labor if what we called them out for was a leak. Keith did say we need to call and talk to Kirley H. We spoke with Kirley and agreed to a 500.00 parts and labor for a water filter and yet we are still waiting for that call back . And we still have the leak At this point we will not be calling Climate Control for any service. Unfortunately Climate Control has service our heating and cooling and somewhat plumbing for 8 years and this is what we get for being loyal customers.

Kevin was very friendly and respectful. My husband began to tell Kevin about how the faucet defeated him. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Kevin checked it out and got straight to work. After he finished. Kevin went a step further giving us pointers and advice on how to maintain our new faucet. It looks great! 🤗🤗 Thank you Kevin. My husband and I appreciate your hard work. Great team they didn’t come too early, so I didn’t have to wake up to a machine in my back yard tespectful to mine and my neighbors property.worked well and and diligently. Had a complete sewer line replacement with minimal collateral damage

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

They're OK. They're kind of an old fashioned family business, I think, or at least that's how it feels. They unclogged a basement drain and I have no problem with the work. However, they charge a whopping 5% of your bill if you want to use a credit or debit card to pay them and tell you it is the card processing company that charges them. This is tax deductible for businesses and it is bull that they pass it on to their customers. It's also nonstandard practice and they don't have an online pay system. My bill was $100 so it worked out to $5 extra for me. If it was a larger bill I would have refused to pay the up charge and as it is a mandatory $5 tip is a bit much. Your alternative is to mail in a check or have cash ready when they come but I was out of town when the repair happened so it wasn't an option for me.

I needed a plumber at my house on a Sunday morning. Mike at Bristol was happy to stop by first thing and not only did he fix what he came for, but was able to fix a few other plumbing pieces around the house. He has very competitive rates, top notch work, and is completely honest about everything he does. I won't hesitate to call Bristol next time I need a plumber.

Ryan and Gabe were very professional and efficient. They installed an air conditioner and furnace, and made sure we were familiar with the operation of the system. We appreciated their time and expertise.
