Michael unclogged our main line drain. He did a terrific job. He was on time courteous clean and thorough. He answered all our questions, without complaint. This guy definitely should get a raise. Best plumber we ever had.

Price was competitive/reasonable, and service has been fantastic. Friendly, informative staff. Very helpful now with multiple issues. Will be using them for all our major AC, plumbing abs electric stuff!

Might just be my new go-to plumber. I called this morning to get on the schedule for an in-home consultation and someone answered immediately. Those big names sometimes won’t answer and certainly don’t return you call if you leave a message. They had next day availability but I was told there was a chance I could get someone out as soon as the afternoon. Well, sure enough they were able to fit me in. Let me tell you, Kevin and Luke are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Kevin quickly diagnosed my issue and got the work done fast (I’m doing a small bathroom reno and need to switch from a 2 handle shower to a single). Like a real pro, he made recommendations that will end up saving me some money. The service from CPS is top notch, I’m certain that I’ll be using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience with Mike/Bristol Plumbing. He fixed a simple drain issue for an extremely fair and reasonable price without up-selling or pressure of any kind. Will absolutely be using Mike/Bristol again for our future plumbing needs!

Ask price up front. I did not. Had a leaking wax ring. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the bolts (which now stick up 3 inches) wax ring & supply line & reset toilet. Prices was $89 for service call and $285 to reset toilet for a total $374. The plumber was there for 1/2 hour. I called other plumbers after the fact & found I over paid at least $100.

WOW! Chase was amazing! Came to my house on a saturday and did an amazing job! Very professional and courteous. Excellent job on installing a water heater, expansion valve, he even replaced my main shut off and regulator. Highly recommended! Keep up the great work sir!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! Very poor communication and hard to reach. If you have urgent need, save your aggravation and find someone else.

Austin is owner and is making decisions behind the scenes. However he was never available to talk. I had to communicate with his employee, who does not have authority to make any decision. Getting a firm commitment is like pulling hair.

I had some emergency plumbing needs. Got hold of his employee, and tried to get a quote and a schedule. Trying to get my question answered is at least 24 hours because owner won't talk and employee needs to get his OK for every question.

The only time I was able to talk to Austin was when I told them they are not needed. Since I did not hear from them for more than a day for my emergency, I hired someone else. This is when Austin called me and tried to reason with me how I mistreated him and do not bother to call him for work again. Be professional and get back with customer in a timely manner. That is all needed.

Highly recommend these guys. They will be my plumbers from now on. They are honest and fair.

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
