They got out the next day after I called them. They were on time. They called and texted with the name of the technician. And they have a great money-saving program.

I spent two winters with intermittent furnace problems that another heating and cooling company could not fix. I called Climate Control Heating & Cooling, they sent a technician out (Austin, no longer there) and he found a loose wire that was not making a consistent connection. Although Austin is no longer there, I have been very happy with the technicians that followed him. They all seem very knowledgeable and honest.

Kyle came out with CPS today to fix a couple of toilets in the house and tighten up the kitchen faucet. He had to leave at one point to get a couple of parts. Everything went smoothly. He was here maybe one and a half hours including the time he went to get a part.
Very professional, even used guards over his shoes went in the house so not to get the floor dirty. He unfortunately had to deal with Old republic since that is our home warranty.
They are not the greatest but at least this company they sent out was.
I would call CPS again

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Came over with basically no notice to check my spouse's DIY attempt at installing a new water heater. It turned into a several hours job of basically redoing the entire thing. They stayed well after their normal hours, were exceedingly kind, and still cost about half what Roto Rooter had quoted just for installation labor a week before. I picked them based on their reviews and they did not disappoint.

I called plumbing pro Thursday afternoon and ask for an estimate to replace the outside faucet on the back of my home in Prairie Village, Ks. We set up a time between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The technician Scott arrived at 10:25 AM and was very professional and easy going. I explained the problem with the rear faucet and told Scott that I thought the pipe in question was located in my crawl space. Scott told me that the pipe was inside the house due to the height of the faucet on the back wall of my home. We went inside and Scott quickly located where the faucet was connected to our plumbing under the kitchen sink. He quoted me a very fair price to do the faucet replacement job which I accepted. He completed the work in about an hour and did a great job. Having plumbing pro do this job was like a breath of fresh air after having companies like Bob Hamiliton plumbing who way overcharge for what they do. If you want an honest company that is not out there to rip you off, then Plumbing Pro is your answer. Honest professional work done quickly without huge over charges. I will do business with company again as they have earned my business for being good and honest with out overcharging for the work. I highly reccomend Plumbing Pro.

So far they have been super friendly and listened to what we are wanting. We are still waiting on an estimate and on whether we use them as a company or not will update soon.

Update* we got a bid back!! Prices are fair and the time frame is reasonable. Mark has been very friendly and helpful and upfront and honest.

We had a drain back up which ended up flooding are basement. It was tricky to figure out exactly what/why it happened, but JP figured it out and was able to get the standing water out of the basement. Since that time we have used him on multiple other around the house issues and he has been able to fix them all and they haven’t had any problems since he’s fixed them. Great work will continue to do business.

Very professional and friendly. Very easy and quick to make an appointment; actually called on Monday and they arrived the next day at 9 am and prompt! All work was done as expected and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend.
