Bill Fry is AMAZING!! We were told by another company that we wouldn't be able to install a second hot water heater. Bill looked at it, not only said we could, but had it installed so quickly!! We have a large family and having a second hot water heater has been life changing!! Bill and his team were prompt, professional, and much less expensive than other plumbers. I trust him completely with all my plumbing needs!

Chase with KC Water Heaters was great! Very knowledgeable! I got quotes from 5 other companies, not only was he the cheapest, but because all he does is water heaters during the consultation he discovered things the other guys never noticed!

Wow! I can’t say enough great things. Being a new homeowner is stressful, and I had a lot of friends give me different ideas about what to do when we were having problems with our main sewage backing up. Austin from Pierpoint came by our house and did a great job for us! They were affordable and kind, and showed up on time and as promised. Nice technician. He came out a day in advance to scope out the work, which included a couple of items. The primary problem was a slow drain and we discussed having it cleaned out. Unfortunately, when the time came to do that work, the technician said that because of his age, and because the equipment is heavy, that Essential Plumbing does not clean out drains or auger them. News to me since that was the primary reason for my call to them! Just understand your expectations may not be met. After paying Essential Plumbing a substantial sum of money, I had to call another plumbing company (Zoom Plumbing- recommended by the Essential Plumbing tech) for the primary job.
