I had a plumbing emergency and called Climate Control because they were literally right across the highway. They gave me a 10-2 window the next day which was the soonest that someone could be there. I had to call twice and they missed their own 10-2 window...but Keith was a very capable plumber who solved the problem for now but also told me it will happen again and gave me several suggestions to solve the problem in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and I was aware of the existing problem but was in denile.

I called frantic and I had someone sent out within an hour. Raymond looked like Jesus with a shining halo around his head as he walked up my driveway ready to save my home and peace of mind. We noticed a small puddle around our basement floor drain, and AB May wanted to send someone right out. We wanted to hold off for a few days, so they scheduled our requested appointment. Fast forward a few days, and the puddle was more like a pond. Our technician, Ebony, quickly got it under control. The drain works now, and Ebony gave us some tips, in how to keep the drain running more smoothly. She was very efficient and personable. I will ask for her again. She also gave me good reasons for having a plumbing system check.Over the years, we have found that AB May is not the cheapest company, but they do a good job at a fair price. They are also a good company to work for, according to the various workers that we have had. We are loyal customers BECAUSE this company treats both employees and customers with respect.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home.
