I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

For anyone out there looking for a plumber stop right now...John the plumber and his crew were the most professional people I've ever had come do anything to my house I have hired electricians two plumbers and John the plumber had to come repair most of that stuff or go around it because the people I paid $4,000 to messed up so John the plumber came and fixed everything for me my basement is clear my drains are unclogged and he has a very very reasonable rate love the service. And it is brilliant how knowledgeable he is. This is a man that's here to help you not rob you and your bank account 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🗜️🔩🔧🔨⚒️‼️

Brian is a pleasant man that came in and evaluated my dishwasher. He advised that the dishwasher repairs he needed to make would likely cost more then a new one.I appreciated his candor and took his advice. I would use AB May again because of his professional demeanor.

We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
