Shawn Williams was a fantastic technician. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to explain issues, gave us options and great advice. He signed us us for their ASAP program (SUPER affordable vs ABMay) without doing the “hard sell”. Even tightened our loose kitchen faucet free of charge and looked at our water heater.! We look forward to seeing him again!!

The service was done in a timely manner, answered my questions, gave me a good rundown on the operation of the thermostat, explained the warranty, made sure I had all of the paperwork & warranty, and cleaned up the trash. What more could I want? Not a single thing. 😊

LBA office staff are excellent as well, contacting me by phone when the tech is on the way and sending me a pic of the technician I can expect at my door. Our hot water heater started leaking yesterday. The installers referred us to Grabill Plumbing, and they called quickly to set an appointment, arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and got everything switched out and re-installed quickly.
