It was a bigger job than he was prepared for, but he didn't look at the problems, he gave me options for solutions. I knew that he wasn't going to leave until the job was done right. Gave them a call at 12:30 and by 12:34 called back and came to my house at 3 o'clock. Unclogged a basement drain. Friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Will use again when needed.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!
