Zack did a great job! He was professional and an all around great guy. He walked me through the HVAC maintenance steps he was performing and also gave me advice on items I could do to keep it running well year round. We keep our house at 69 and it was warming up to 78 during the hot days. Since he worked on it, it has stayed around 69 all day. We signed up for the program would definitely recommend using KB Complete!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Cory was polite, understanding and efficient.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.
