Very happy with the work done by ACE Handyman. Demolished the deck in less time than expected. Was even able to remove all the concrete and dispose of it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Goes the extra mile for their customers. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Techs are timely and informative. I don't feel pressured to purchase items not really needed. They doing my 2x per year service plans.Turn around has been pretty quick but my 4 stars (instead of 5) is because I do have to reschedule my planned service dates more frequently than I would prefer. Fortunately the rescheduled day is fairly close to the original one and hasn't caused issues.

Never called back. Maybe that's a good sign for J. But not for me.

Connelly plumbing responded quickly and kept me informed of arrival time. Plumber was very polite and explained what the issue was and how to keep it from happening again. I would highly recommend them.

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

I called AB May to use their main line drain special. I spoke with a girl, and she set up an appointment for me. She asked if I could be home by 4:00, and I told her that would not be a problem. Before the scheduled appointment, she called me back and asked if I could be rescheduled. I said, that is fine. I asked her if she could set it up again for 4:00 or after, and she said that she could. I would have to take off work a little bit early, but that's not a problem. The day they were suppose to arrive, I was home by 4:00. I waited until 5:00 and decided I should call to make sure they are still coming. The girl who answered the phone said yes, they are on their way. (without checking with anyone) I believed her. I waited until 6:00 and called again. The girl that answered the phone said, I don't even see you on the schedule! Let me check with the dispatcher. They were not coming, I was not on their schedule. She asked me to reschedule, and I said NO! I've rescheduled twice, taken off work early, put off doing my yard work because I was waiting on them! She said, let me call them back, and see if they can still come out tonight. I said, only if it's by 7:00 pm. She checked with them, and it was not possible. The whole time I was on hold, I kept listening to their message repeating over and over again saying they are 3 generations of people who care. They give excellent customer service before, during and after your experience....I was pretty upset, and asked her to have a supervisor call me the next day. That has been a week and a half ago and no word.

Gave them a call at 12:30 and by 12:34 called back and came to my house at 3 o'clock. Unclogged a basement drain. Friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Will use again when needed.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

He does high end Quality work on every job it doesn't matter if it's a $1000 job or a $50000 job he treats every one of them like it's the only job he has. They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
