Steve was on time and very professional. Our front door was no longer closing due to house settlement and he shimmed and adjusted the door so that it fit again. He also replaced door handle and deadbolt to get the door back to original shape again and all in less time than originally estimated. Highly recommend their services.

We had serious water pressure issues with our kitchen sink and refrigerator water line and had no clue what was causing either issue. We first hired Bob Hamilton. They sent a 20-year-old kid to our house who obviously had no clue what was causing either issue and said we likely had calcium sediment accumulation. He recommended a multi-thousand dollar repair despite displaying very little confidence that he had actually diagnosed our problem. We declined and resigned to having terrible water pressure in our kitchen.

On a recommendation from a friend, we gave Connelly Plumbing a shot. Steve (the owner) showed up to our house and immediately diagnosed both issues independently. He repaired the refrigerator water line within 20 minutes of the first visit and scheduled an appointment to fix our kitchen sink -- which he did without a problem. Both visits were very reasonably priced. Needless to say, we've been cursing Bob Hamilton's name ever since seeing how swiftly and cheaply Steve was able to get our pressure back to normal.

Anthony came out and handled all of my issues with my plumbing in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained things very well and that's important to me because I know nothing about plumbing. He also cleaned up after himself and was very respectful to my home. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good, professional plumber. Very knowledgeable!!!

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

I saw Royal Flush at the top with great reviews so I thought I would give them a shot.Royal Flush did not disappoint. Loren helped me and he was fantastic! Knew exactly how to fix my toilet. Called him that morning in a panic that my only toilet is broken and he was there that afternoon. Great customer service. Very friendly. Hopefully my toilet doesn’t break again, but if it does I know exactly who I’m calling!

I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.

Scott (0163) arrived two hours earlier than promised and quickly evaluated the problem, gave me options and costs and a time frame. He was training a new tech and explained what he was doing to him as well as to me. He was very polite and respectful and took care of my sump pump situation quickly and professionally. He never talked down to me and made sure I understood the problem and the solution. Highly recommend him and Roto Rooter especially in an emergency situation like mine where sump pump quit during 3 of rain! He came on a Sunday morning at no extra charge as well! Only company out of 5 I called that could come same day and not 2 days later!

Chris Mitchel came out to do a whole house inspection. He was very thorough, answered my questions, and explained his work. Found a leak in a bathroom, provided a cost and made the repairs. He also helped with an outdoor spicket for me. Very professional and polite.
