Our most recent work done by Jason of Northland Handyman. Slide out shelves in our pantry. Jason secured shelves, after re-spacing them, and installed the slide-out shelves. Quick, accurate, and tidy work. We will always call Northland Handyman first. Jason has also measured and installed quartz countertops for us, flooring in our kitchen, and ceiling fans (including wiring). Good and reliable.

These guys are amazing! I had a pipe burst and it was about 8-830. Called hoping someone could make it out, no more than 15-20 min they call back, put me on schedule, and within an hour or so they were there. They show up and bam, job knocked out! They are extremely nice and professional, no messing around.

I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

The guys who come out to your house do great work and arrive within the appointed window. Pricing is quite reasonable as well. The office staff are polite and seem to know their work, but not very quick to follow up if you have to leave a message, which, it seems, you often have to do. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

I am impressed with the professional response and reply back from Roto-Rooter and also with the skilled staff of Phillip (3390) who arrived within a hour of our request. Phillip cleared the clogged kitchen sink and lines from many years of use. Our house is a historic house in Grandview, built in the days of Harry Truman and their farm. Phillip managed to make the household function again as if it were new. Thank you Roto-Rooter and Phillip for making our lives better.

A live person will answer the phone. That's the first exception to the rule. Three other plumbers use voice mail and only one called me back three days later. Dan showed up Monday morning, up sold me on replacing all three faucets instead of just fixing the one. Main point, the new models have accessible diverters if I did want to DYI the sprayer in the future. Also new installs have year warranty. The stem on the bath tub needed replaced, turned out to be the extender not the valve. I took the package deal and joined the club so if I do have an emergency leak I won't have to wait for a call back. Dan spent from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and I spent $1700 for 3 new kitchen faucet sets and bathtub faucet repair. Best deal in town? Maybe, maybe not but don't care. All done and no worries or mess.
