Best Kitchen And Bathroom Drains in Kansas City MO

I recently had to have my 90 year old clay pipe sewer line and house trap replaced. Unfortunately the sewer line also ran directly under a 50ft Oak tree. John's team arranged for the Tree removal, trench, pipe replacement, and removal of my old House trap in my home's foundation. Their bid came in under every other company that I got bids from, and included the tree removal, which other's did not. He's team was prompt, hard working, and responsible. Part of the City sidewalk was damaged by mistake when the tree was brought down, and John's team took care of making sure that the repairs to that got taken care of too. The day after they were done, I spent time with a tree root waterer, pumping water into the back filled trench/mound, and got it to settle about 1 foot down in under 3 hours. Without being prompted or asked, one of Johns crew drove by to see how the mound was settling, because I had told him my plans to pump the trench with water, saw how much it had dropped on Sunday already, and helped re-dress the mound and push more dirt into the settled trench. Their good guys and I highly recommend them, and thanks to them, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a good looking lawn again come spring time.

I had a very stubborn clogged drain. I tried every home remedy you can think of for a clogged drain. It took the full length of the snake, but the technician was able to push whatever was blocking the pipe into the main line and get the drain flowing again.

Great company, had plumbing emergency on a Friday where the main sewer line got backed up in the house. This was the only company that would come out on same day before the weekend. Got everything fixed and running smoothly in a timely and professional manner. I will be using the company again and would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

I want to thank Alex for the outstanding work he did installing a new hot water tank, new faucet and some minor plumbing repairs under kitchen sink. Alex was very professional, i showed Alex all the work that needed to be done before hand and he explained how he was going to do it and prices for the repairs and installing. Loren is a fantastic contractor to work with. He installed my shampoo sink for my salon back in July and was on time, knowledgeable, and did a perfect job. Today I had him back out to fix a bathroom sink and he was done within 10 minutes. It’s always a pleasure working with him. Nothing better than a reliable plumber!

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

Great plumber who is reasonable and good to his word. Did a great job!

We had an emergency situtation come up when our main sewer line got a pretty bad clog in it and caused our laundry room, crawl space, and downstairs bathroom to flood. Jason, Dan, and Justin were patient and knowledgeable on the issue and worked diligently to get the clog out. When that was completed, they were there to answer any questions and make sure water was running thru the house okay. After the chaos of this issue and the great experience we had using Roto-Rooter, they will be the first on our list to call if anything ever comes up again!

Destin did a great job and Roto Rooter was super fast to respond.
