I have a rental property and always call Steve. Fair, honest, and punctual are 3 words I'd use to describe my dealings with him.

I had a burst pipe in the basement and a very slow running floor drain. Kyle was able to come right away. He got the drain to run and was able to fix the burst pipe right away. Then, he waited a few minutes for the City to turn the water back on at the street - in order to make sure the problem was fixed. He identified another leak in the kitchen that could just be shut off and dealt with later. He charged less than his original quote because the job easier than expected - VERY reasonable. And, I've already hired him to replace two toilets. Kyle is very personable, easy to talk to, and reasonably priced.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
