Best Hvac Repair in Kansas City MO

I don't know how this company gets so many good reviews. The experience I had so far has been very frustrating. I gave them 2 stars because my first interaction with them was good, responsive and on time, but after that I have been trying for 2 days to schedule someone to come back to replace the themostat, and every scheduling rep gives me a different answer. First rep on Thursday at 3pm says he cannot schdule me because I first need to talk to the Estimates team to accept the cost of the repair, and that they will call me right back. Friday at noon, still no call back. I called, and I talked to Jennifer who was able to give me the estimate (why the first guy didn't give it to me), and she say she can schedule my repair, but needs to call me right back. She calls back at 3:55pm I missed the call, got a voicemail with her direct line saying to call her anytime and leave a voicemail that she will call me right back. Left a message, but no call back. It was Friday ay 8:30pm and still need my AC fixed.I called again and a new person says not to worry that she will schedule me for Saturday, just wait for the call at 8am and then stay around that they will let you know 30-45minutes when the tech is arriving. Very frustrating because it is my mom's birthday and we had to cancell ALL plans to stay in the area waiting for that call. Today is Saturday, I called ay 9:49am, and guess what?? they said I am NOT in the schedule it all!! After I cancel ALL my mom's birthday plans (the AC issue is in her house). They said again, they will send a message to dispatch and put me on the schedule and call me right back... but still no call back... and to be honest... not sure if I want to keep playing this game. Something that kept conssistent and never failed among all reps, it is ALL of them (including the technician who made the initial visit) pushing to sell me the service plan, which I GOT and PAID for but now, I am just been ignored.... Most likley I will cancel that plan, this company is NOT serious or they reps are very bad trained!

Donny D called to confirm I was home and arrived on time. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Donny was very courteous and wore shoe covers inside the house and also wore a mask. He did a very thorough inspection of our system and explained all of the technical results of his findings in a way that was easy to understand. He took before/after pictures of his work. I was amazed at the before/after pictures that Donny took. He really spent a lot of time and did a thorough inspection/cleaning. If/when our system acts up, I know who we will be calling for service or replacement.

Took 3 trips to fix a leaking toilet was told on 2nd trip that the toilet was discontinued I said refund$ suddenly they found the part and had the nerve to charge me ANOTHER $269+ 3 trips to fix a toilet terrible

Gate did a great job. The power was ran to our sump beautifully.

Chase did an amazing job installing our water heater he was fast professional and affordable cannot recommend him enough! Great local businessman who takes pride in his work.

Quality Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing and HVAC company. I was recently out of town and had issues with my heat pump. I did not have a cell signal when their technician arrived, but he was more than patient with me until we were finally able to connect. It was great service and I returned home to a properly working unit. Thanks!

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

Luke came right on time, quickly found both problems, picked up parts and had repairs completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. He has been here once before 3 months ago and did excellent job at that time also. Quality Plumbing has thoroughly and professionally taken care of our Plumbing needs since we moved into this house 4 months ago.

Had Scott come out very soon after making a service request. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Also, he took time to explain any questions that I had. There were a lot. Very happy with their services!

Zac replaced two water shutoff valves in our laundry hookup box. He showed up fast and did quick work. Even gave us a 10% first time customer discount. We will use them again.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
