Best Home Plumbing Inspection in Kansas City MO

Updated review. The service took them 4 days of rescheduling every day before showing. So I ended up doing the work myself on the heat pump unit. They did finally show up on friday and verified the work i had done and charged $188. I did speak with a manager and get a full refund. Honestly though i dont trust a company that overcharges and wont make it right unless you complain, i wont be calling them in the future. The service they provided shouldve been the $89 service call max and since they had to reschedule 4 times the entire service work should be free anyway.

We had a frozen pipe burst tonight, but Steve showed up to the rescue! He was here quickly, very friendly, and super-knowledgable. He had us all fixed up in less than an hour, and made sure I got a coupon discount that I wasn't even aware of when I paid my bill. 10/10 - would recommend to anyone!

We’ve had AB May since we purchased our home 5 years ago. Last year we bought a new heating and cooling system through AB May. And still use them for our annual maintenance. We’ve always had a great experience. From top to bottom everyone has always been courteous and professional.

The gas company turned our hot water heater off because of a backdraft at the flue. Bill said it just needed to heat up a little, and he was right!!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

I Have an older house that was built about 85 yrs ago, John and his service team together assessed what needed to be done to complete drain pipes for roughing upstairs bathroom. They did a great job and would used their services again as well as recommend to others.

After discovering a leak, I called True Blue & they were able to send a technician the following business day. Chris was professional, friendly and efficient. He assessed, provided an estimate & fixed it on the spot. It involved cutting into drywall under the sink to fix a cracked pipe. He was well prepared & was in & out in a few hours. Highly recommended plumbing group!

I've had these guys come out two different times now. I will continue to use them because they are honest and fair. The first was to unplug my main drain which they did at a reasonable cost the same day I called in. They also explained to me why the drain was plugged and gave advice on how to avoid the issue in the future which I appreciated.The second time was to replace an aging water heater that hadn't failed but was showing signs that the end was near. They went out of their way to work around my schedule and came out the next day to do the replacement. Cost was more than fair, and the workmanship was great. Definitely much better than the previous install, and everything is working fine now.

Eric was the consummate professional...which you would expect of a Master Plumber with 30 years of experience. Showed up on time, did the job fast and right, was VERY knowledgeable and polite. Answered all questions to my complete satisfaction and left the place immaculately clean. Would HIGHLY recommend.
