Had them fix which they did sold me a comfort club maintance schedule service for heater called me the day they were supposed to come to cancel then rescheduled for 3 weeks later had several rudd conversationswith office help having to have someone else come out for heater and paid got screwed by them getting a attorney and sue do your self a favor do call them.

Women beware. This company price gouges women. Our furnace went out Friday and I had my wife call someone to get it fixed. She called kb and the guy came out and told her it would be 1568 to fix the motor. I tell her no and she's charged 90 bucks for the guy coming out. I then call someone and have them come out with me being home and th gives a quote of 370. He goes and gets the part and it took him all of 10 minutes to put the part in. There is no way that one company can quote 1568 to a woman and another quote 370. This shows that kb is ripping customers off that are dumb enough to use them

My repairman came in with a smile and was very knowledgeable. He found the problem right away, and when he came back with the parts, he stayed later to make sure the dishwasher was running correctly and not leaking. He was pleasant and kind.

I called plumbing pro Thursday afternoon and ask for an estimate to replace the outside faucet on the back of my home in Prairie Village, Ks. We set up a time between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The technician Scott arrived at 10:25 AM and was very professional and easy going. I explained the problem with the rear faucet and told Scott that I thought the pipe in question was located in my crawl space. Scott told me that the pipe was inside the house due to the height of the faucet on the back wall of my home. We went inside and Scott quickly located where the faucet was connected to our plumbing under the kitchen sink. He quoted me a very fair price to do the faucet replacement job which I accepted. He completed the work in about an hour and did a great job. Having plumbing pro do this job was like a breath of fresh air after having companies like Bob Hamiliton plumbing who way overcharge for what they do. If you want an honest company that is not out there to rip you off, then Plumbing Pro is your answer. Honest professional work done quickly without huge over charges. I will do business with company again as they have earned my business for being good and honest with out overcharging for the work. I highly reccomend Plumbing Pro.

Showed up 7 hours late then left without fixing issue or turning water back on. Leaving an entire neighborhood without water all day and night. Didn't even seem to feel bad about it.
