Highly recommend! Chase took the time to educate me on my options and things I needed to look out for in my older home. They were quick, affordable, and trustworthy. Happened to find this company online when my water heater quit at 7pm on Thursday night. He was there by noon Friday, able to work me in to have it resolved in less than 24 hours.

Thanks to this company I will not face jackhammering 3 rooms to replace pipe lines to my septic tank. A clog was found by rotor rooter that they were unable to loosen. Called Wel-Don on recommendation from Elite repair and services. They were able to see and photograph what was a piece of recently replaced floor but unable to auger it out. On the verge of leaving scoped a relief valve and with a flush was able to see and grab the floor piece, saving me thousands of dollars.

Travis was fantastic - A year ago I had another company unclog my sewer line and scope it. The advice was that I needed to replace my sewer line out to the street connection. I had Travis scope the line again and got his assessment about what I should do at this point. Travis explained in detail the alternatives as to how to replace the line and his opinion on replacing it at this time or wait until the line becomes a problem in the future ( if it ever does). The result was that I have decided not to replace the line at this time, and if it ever needs to be replaced l know which method to use, and which company I will use to do the replacement.

I was very pleased with Travis and his professional approach in helping me decide what I needed to do.. I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with me.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

Worst service ever. I called at 7:22am with an emergency, water flowing through my house, called and told them the situstiin, they said they would have someone out ASAP. 8:30am rolls around, no one here, so I call again, we are on the way, someone will be there within the hour. 9:34am I call and tell them to stay away from my house. If you want good service or have an emergency, DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.
