Micah has been servicing our heat pump for years. He is the kindest and most professional service tech I have ever had in my house. He is extremely detailed looking at every part - inside, outside and within each piece. Micah is great at keeping me in the know about what he is finding and any corrections needed. Climate Control's annual maintenance service program is second-to-none. Response time, technical skills and customer service have kept us customers for 15+ years.

Randy was great. He fixed the leak and found where to turn the water on and off. I've lived here 12 years and nobody could find the main shut off. Very pleasant guy. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for great service.

Mr. Ed has been in my home several times and he’s always friendly and professional. He explains everything about the job. If he’s not able to complete the job due to a part needing to be ordered, he gives me a timeframe on when to expect the delivery. Mr Ed is never bothered about the children watching him work.

We moved into a home with a 13 year old water heater, so I knew it was time for a new one. I knew exactly who to call. Chase at KC Water Heater of course! Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I had a leak coming into our basement near our water main shutoff valve. Unfortunately, the main water supply line was damaged and needed to be replaced. Brett came out and inspected the issue, and it was repaired shortly thereafter with a small crew. They were prompt, fairly priced, honest and repaired this issue with minimal intrusion. I would use them again for any issues in the future.

Bob Hamilton replaced our 80ft sewer line that was 50 years old and had major problems. Brian Wathen was our project manager and did a great job getting our job done as soon as possible, and answered every question I had with honesty. Their workers were respectful of our property, and cleaned up when they were done.

Very quick and affordable. Explained everything in detail. Will definitely use again if needed.

Do not depend on them. Should be plummets when we feel like it.
