I had three other companies tell me that I was going to need a new sewer line, which was going to cost $10,000 or more. I'm very glad we called KB Complete. They charged me $240 to clean the line and said it looked fine. They have definitely earned my repeat business and I will be referring them to everyone I know. Their honesty and integrity is very much appreciated and I recommend them to everyone.

I had Mark Hampton with AB May come in today for inspection of my house electrical stuff. He was amazing and very thorough with everything in the house. He gave some suggestions to upgrade or better some of equipment. I did follow thru with his adviceAB May is wonderful, I have been with them for years and have never had any issues. What a nice guy! Panic call he answers and comes over after hours. So honest and understanding. Replaced my sump pump. And I couldn't have been more relieved. Good service. Highly recommend.

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

So far they have been super friendly and listened to what we are wanting. We are still waiting on an estimate and on whether we use them as a company or not will update soon.

Update* we got a bid back!! Prices are fair and the time frame is reasonable. Mark has been very friendly and helpful and upfront and honest.

John and his crew replaced a waterline for me. I had multiple plumbers out to bid the job and they were either insanely high our they would bid and then stop returning my calls or in one case just not show up after scheduling the repairs. John and his people were a huge relief. They were super responsive, they got the job done and all within a few days of the bid. I was very satisfied and will always use them from now on.

These plumbers did not wear a mask into our home or even bring masks and ask about wearing them! They are doing all kinds of house calls and refusing to take the basic health and safety precautions that are required in all of Kansas City. Furthermore, they didn't have the correct tools for the job and had to draw out the work. I could have excused that but I am awfully upset that they put our household at risk today without a second thought.

Contacted this company on Sunday 2/19 because I had a clogged sink and they were open. I was happy when they said they could get a plumber out that day and I made it a point to ask the representative how much the service would cost for a clogged drain. I was told it would be $99 which seems like a good deal right? ....Wrong, I would later find out that was a lie. I was called back a couple hours later and told I would need to reschedule due to no plumber available, so I did for the next day and since I was unavailable I gave my fiance's name and contact information and scheduled a time frame from 8am-11am Monday. Monday rolls around and I get a call from this place and they said they will be out around 1pm-3pm..what??? no, we work, so I told the lady, I scheduled this for the morning and gave my fiances information to contact. Well those notes never were put down, so she lady did not know or see any of that. She was nice and was able to expedite the request. The plumber shows up and fixes the drain, but the agreed upon $99 that I made a note to ask on turned into $300 bucks. The plumber said that the $99 was just the consultation fee, but the representative failed to mention any of this or I would have went elsewhere. The plumber then tried to see my fiance a new disposal saying our did not turn on?? (Well if it is not plugged in, it will not turn on). The cost for that would have been $700 not even including the cost for the clogged drain! This is highway robbery. He called me immediately and I said H$LL NO! I can buy a disposal and install it myself then pay that much. I just felt really taken advantage of with this company which is sad. If I was there, I would have turned them away as soon as he said the cost of the clogged drain. Be careful, they seem shady, especially with overpricing their services.
