I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

Called Saturday night for a Sunday morning appointment. Peter showed up and was able to clear the clog quickly. I highly reccomend this company. 7/5 would use again.

I am an investor with many rental properties in the Kansas City area. I have been using Wel-Don for many years. Apparently, they have new owners, and the quality of work has suffered greatly. I have had them out several times on the same home to clear the main drain to the street. Today I had them out again for the same reason and they finally were able to clear the drain. The tech stated most plumbing companies won't run a snake all the way to the street because they're afraid of getting their snake hung up on the main sewer line. Apparently, my problem was tree roots right at the city's sewer line. Not only did they not clear the issue many calls previously, but they charged me $165 per call. In addition, today they wanted immediate payment upon completion stating they had a new system in place.

Bristol has exceptional service! He takes the time to find the real issue and explain it in a way that you can understand. Mike replaced the gas line for me in my basement and replaced a leaky faucet on the outside of my house. Had Above and Beyond Plumbing install a new tankless water heater and they did a great job. Wanted to make sure that everything was working correctly. Josh and his staff did a great job. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Very professional and pleasant. We had a drain clog up between the time we scheduled the appt for a leaky shower and when they arrived. They went ahead and fixed the clogged drain, too. We recommend them highly!
